Connect the Claude or ChatGPT you already pay for. It reads your reviews and drafts real answers, writes the weekly post, answers the questions and fixes the listing - 41 things it can do. Nothing posts until you say yes. Free to start.
wptaskify is a managed Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for Google Business Profile. It connects AI models - Claude, ChatGPT - to the Google Business Profile API, so they can draft replies to reviews, answer questions, write posts and fix the listing itself.
Five steps, about two minutes. You do not install anything and you do not handle an API key.
Four parts talk to each other. None of them needs anything from you after setup.

Claude: Settings > Connectors > Add custom connector > paste > sign in.
ChatGPT: Settings > Connectors > Developer mode > Create > paste.
Your dashboard shows this link with your account already on it.Once it is connected, the AI you already use can answer, post and fix - on the live profile, not in a chat window.
You stay in control. Risky changes (publish, delete, bulk edits, price changes) wait in your approval inbox - nothing goes live until you approve it. Your credentials are AES-256 encrypted and you can disconnect any time.
Real jobs, in the words somebody would use to ask for them.
Each one answered on what it actually says, waiting for your approval.
The one that needs the most care and usually gets none.
The weekly post that keeps not getting written.
The section customers read and nobody maintains.
Category, hours, attributes and services - the ranking signals.
The real terms, and the calls and directions that followed.
A technical comparison of managed Google Business Profile MCP against the local-SEO tools that schedule posts, and doing it in the Google app yourself.
| What you are comparing | wptaskify (managed MCP)what we recommend | Local-SEO schedulers | The Google app |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who writes the reply | Your AI, from what the customer wrote | A template with their name in it | You do |
| Reaches the listing itself | Hours, categories, attributes, services | Posts and reviews only | Yes, by hand |
| Answers the Q&A section | Yes | Usually not | Yes, one at a time |
| Things it can do | 41 | A handful | Everything, slowly |
| Approval before anything posts | Every reply and post waits for you | Posts on its schedule | You are the approval |
| Second AI bill | None - you use your own Claude or ChatGPT | Bundled credits, at their price | No AI |
| Price | Per account - 20 profiles on one plan | Per location, every month | Your time |
Key takeaway: the scheduling tools queue posts you wrote and reply with templates. wptaskify has your AI read what the customer actually said and answer that - with every reply waiting for your approval before it appears under your business name.
A Google Business Profile and the AI you already pay for. You connect your Google account once and approve the permissions - there is nothing to install and no API key to handle.
A reply under your business name is public and permanent. These are the things that make one worth posting.
Most local-SEO tools schedule posts and stop. These are the parts of a listing that actually move it in local search.
It is a way for an AI to use outside tools. On its own, Claude can write you a reply to a review but cannot post it - it has no hands. MCP gives it hands. We run the part that connects to Google, so your AI does the work instead of handing you text to paste.
No. Every reply, post and answer is written as a draft. You read it, edit it or send it back, and nothing reaches your listing until you approve it. It appears publicly under your business name, so you sign it off - not us.
They should not, because each one is written from the actual review rather than from a template. If somebody says the delivery was late, the reply is about the delivery being late. You can also tell it how you want to sound once and it keeps to that.
You need one of them, and most people already have it. We do not sell you AI and we do not charge per reply. You pay us a flat monthly fee for the connection and the 41 tools; the thinking comes from the Claude or ChatGPT you already use.
Yes - hours, special hours, the primary and secondary categories, attributes, services and the description. The primary category is one of the strongest local ranking signals and a lot of listings have the wrong one, so it can find the right one and set it.
As many as you manage, and pricing is per account rather than per location - the agency plan covers twenty. Each profile keeps its own posts, drafts and review history.
Access to the Business Profile API is granted by Google per project. Ours is approved, but a newly connected account can still show no quota while Google finishes enabling it. The status tool tells you which of the three states you are in - not connected, connected but not yet approved, or working - rather than failing with an unexplained error.
Google issues a token when you approve the connection - we never see your Google password. It is encrypted at rest and used only for the Business Profile API. Disconnect from your dashboard, or revoke it in your Google account, and access stops immediately.

Rule-based automation and MCP solve different problems. Here is the difference, without the sales pitch.
You build the steps. When a post is published, send it here, then format it like this, then post it there. It runs exactly what you drew, every time, and it is excellent at that - moving a known thing between two known places on a schedule.
What it cannot do is decide. If the job is "find every page with a weak title and rewrite it", you have to define what weak means, in advance, as a rule.
You describe the outcome. The AI reads the actual review, not a category of review, works out which of the 41 tools to call and in what order, and does it - then shows you anything risky before it goes live.
There is no workflow to draw and nothing to maintain when your site changes. The trade is that it is a judgement call each time rather than a fixed rule, which is why publishing waits for your approval.
They are not exclusive. Plenty of people run scheduled automations for the predictable work and use this for the parts that need reading and deciding.
You connect the Claude or ChatGPT you already pay for, so there is no second AI bill. These prices are for the server and the tools.
Prices are per account, not per profile - an agency plan covers twenty. Indian pricing is shown in rupees on the pricing page.
wptaskify is built and run by Logical Dottech, an IT services and digital marketing agency. We use it on our own sites first - completewaterguide.com is ours, and the client sites above are ones we run. Every tool on this page exists because we needed it on real work.
