These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wptaskify (the "Service") at wptaskify.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What wptaskify does
wptaskify connects your WordPress site to third-party AI assistants (such as Claude and ChatGPT) and provides tools that let those assistants read and modify your WordPress site on your behalf. You are responsible for the actions you instruct the AI to perform.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country.
3. Your WordPress site & credentials
You grant wptaskify permission to access and modify the WordPress site(s) you connect, using the credentials you provide. Credentials are encrypted at rest. You may disconnect a site at any time. You are responsible for keeping your own backups; while wptaskify takes automatic backups before file edits, we are not a substitute for a full site backup solution.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
- Do not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the Service.
- Do not use the Service to generate spam or violate any platform's rules (including WordPress, Claude, or ChatGPT).
5. Plans, billing & AI costs
Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. On "connect your own AI" plans, you supply and pay for your own Claude or ChatGPT account separately; wptaskify does not include those AI costs. Customers in India are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and, where applicable, 18% GST is added to the price; customers outside India are billed in US Dollars (USD) with no Indian GST. 6. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (WordPress, Anthropic/Claude, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and our payment provider Razorpay). We are not responsible for their availability or changes to their terms.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. AI can make mistakes; always review important changes to your site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, wptaskify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last three months.
8. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
