These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wptaskify (the "Service") at wptaskify.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
What wptaskify does
wptaskify connects the websites, stores and accounts you choose (such as WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Pinterest, Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Business Profile) to AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT, and provides tools that let those assistants read and change them on your behalf. You are responsible for the actions you ask the AI to perform.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country.
Your sites, stores and connected accounts
You give wptaskify permission to access and change the sites, stores and accounts you connect, using the credentials or authorisations you provide. Credentials and tokens are encrypted at rest. Theme switches and plugin deactivations wait for your approval before it runs. You can disconnect at any time. Keep your own backups: wptaskify takes automatic backups before file edits, but it is not a substitute for a full backup solution.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
- Do not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the Service.
- Do not use the Service to generate spam or violate any platform's rules (including WordPress, Shopify, Google, Pinterest, Meta, Claude, or ChatGPT).
- Do not use the Service to write or post fake reviews.
Plans, billing & AI costs
Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly: you are billed once when you subscribe and then automatically at the start of each billing period, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in one click from your dashboard and keep access until the end of the paid period. On "connect your own AI" plans, you supply and pay for your own Claude or ChatGPT account separately; wptaskify does not include those AI costs. All plans are billed in US Dollars (USD). The price is shown on the checkout page before you pay, and an invoice is emailed after each successful payment. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Delivery Policy.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (WordPress, Shopify, Google, Pinterest, Meta, Anthropic/Claude, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Cloudflare, and our payment provider Razorpay). We are not responsible for their availability or changes to their terms.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. AI can make mistakes; always review important changes to your site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, wptaskify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last three months.
Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
