We want you to be happy with wptaskify. This policy explains refunds and cancellations, and applies to customers worldwide.
Free plan
The free plan is free - no charge, no refund needed. Try wptaskify before you pay.
Cancellations
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again after cancelling. Monthly plans are not pro-rated on cancellation.
Refunds
If something isn't working as described, contact us within 7 days of a charge and we'll work with you - including a refund of that charge where appropriate. Because usage (AI images and actions) has a real cost to us, refunds may be reduced by the value already consumed.
Currency & taxes
Customers in India are billed in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of 18% GST where applicable; customers outside India are billed in US Dollars (USD). Approved refunds are made in the original currency and to the original payment method. For Indian invoices, any GST collected on the refunded amount is refunded along with it. Bank or currency-conversion charges applied by your card issuer or bank are outside our control and are not refundable by us.
One-time image top-ups
One-time AI image packs are consumable. Once image credits from a pack have been used, that portion is non-refundable; unused credits from a recent purchase may be refunded within the 7-day window at our discretion.
Processing time
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days. The time for the amount to reach your account depends on your bank or card provider.
